The Elgar residence brief required the design and build of four high-quality dwellings on a site located within the green leafy area of Mont Albert, while satisfying the expectations of both municipal town planners and local neighbouring residents.

The result are four sleek apartment-style dwellings that exude modern and low maintenance living. The articulated facade blends in beautifully with their established surrounds, providing minimal impact to neighbouring residents. Square contemporary lines blend in with the character of the well-established streetscape and the feel of the area.

The needs of the growing demand of the downsizing market in the area were well catered for with the inclusion of three bedrooms, living areas, car spaces and generous open plan living areas within each dwelling.
