The result is two sleek ‘duplex’ style dwellings that follow the contours of the land, maximising energy efficiency and meeting the needs of today’s modern and low maintenance living.

Square contemporary lines blend with the character of the well-established streetscape, with the or duplex-style layout addressing both the shape and natural cross slope of the land. The east-west orientation demanded a separate and individual approach to the built forms and sustainability requirements of the overall project.
